We accept no responsibility for any damage or data loss caused to your device as a result of downloading/using the App and/or it's Services. In the case of ‘jail-broken’ phones – owing to the compromised security as a result of the ‘jail-breaking’, there is a real risk of data breach. It is at a Senior Staff Member's sole discretion to refuse service to any individual or to make any other decision which is aimed at promoting or adhering to the licensing objectives, including promoting any internal or pub-specific policies/procedures.If you experience technical issues when using the App (for example, if the App screen freezes, payment is interrupted or you are charged twice for the same order), these may be resolved by speaking to a pub team member. We apologise, but it is not possible to amend or cancel orders, once placed. COVID 19 Policy - As per Government Track & Trace requirements, the purchaser and any intended customers must have all checked in using the NHS Covid App or by giving their contact details to a staff member prior to ordering. Failure to do so will result in your drinks being confiscated with no refund being given and you will be asked to leave the premises.


We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
The Sheppey Pub does not store any personal, contact or payment details for its customers for any use or pass them on to any 3rd Party.


All products and offers are subject to availability. Alternative products or refunds may be offered, where appropriate, at a Senior Staff Member's discretion.If your order is refunded, owing to product/offer availability or as a customer service goodwill gesture, it will usually be processed in the following way – through the pub’s till, with the funds being returned to the purchasers card within 48 hours.Prior to ordering, any intended customers must follow the track and trace instructions given due to government guidelines,failure to do so will result in your drinks being confiscated with no refund being given and you will be asked to leave the premises.
